Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre
Another night of epic live music! Young The Giant, Cold War Kids and KennyHoopla will be touring together this July as part of their Victory Garden Tour. The trio will stop off in San Diego on Wednesday, July 15th 2026 to play the Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air theater.
Young The Giant will be playing songs from their new album “Victory Garden” and fans can expect to hear some of their favorite songs such as “Cough Syrup” and “My Body.” To begin the evening of music, Cold War Kids will take the stage performing a blend of rock, blues, blues, and soul songs including “Hang Me Up to Dry” and “First.” To kick off the night of music, Cleveland native KennyHoopla will be performing all across the country giving fans a Genre-bending performance that is always so much fun.
This concert will be an open air show at a 4,600 capacity venue. Tickets are now available starting at $49 for this amazing night of music.

The show will feature the entertaining performances of three different acts starting at 6:30 PM and will celebrate Young The Giant’s latest album “Victory Garden” touring to U.S. Destinations throughout the summer. A unique blend of three generations of alternative rock performing on one stage for all of their fans!
Young The Giant will be playing songs from their entire discography with a large focus off of their new album “Victory Garden” which is the base of the tour. The band will be playing some of their biggest hits such as “Cough Syrup,” “My Body,” and “Mind Over Matter.” The album “Mind Over Matter” received the band multiple Billboard chart appearances and late night TV appearances such as The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The band consists of California natives who are taking their high energy live performances to an international fan base.
Following KennyHoopla’s electrifying performance to open up the show, the crowd will then be fired up and ready to get even more amped up to jump into the set by Cold War Kids. The Long Beach, CA natives have been delivering a fusion of rock, blues and soul to their devoted fans since 2004. The band will perform several of their most beloved songs including “Hang Me Up to Dry,” “First,” “All This Could Be Yours,” and many more! With many years of touring behind them whether it be for festivals or huge arena shows, Cold War Kids will be able to bring so much emotion to their performance at the Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Amphitheatre and give the crowd the live show of a life time.
This Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air theater is on the campus of San Diego State University in San Diego, CA. It is an amphitheater-style venue with stepped seating and the highest quality surround sound to deliver the best possible concert-going experience. This venue holds 4,600 concert-goers and is reserved seating with the best possible views of the stage. There are also have plenty of ADA accessible seating with the best views in the house as well. This is a cashless venue, so you can grab all-beef hot dogs, giant nachos, soft pretzels, popcorn, and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the show. There is parking available at San Diego State University in the following parking structures for the concert: Parking Garages 3 and 6/6B. The cost to park is $30 prepaid online and $40 per day at the gate for all parking. The ADA parking for disabled individuals will also be located in Parking Garages 3 and 6/6B. If you plan on attending the concert but do not want to drive and park, we recommend using a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft or taking the San Diego Trolley. There are many street parking options and local parking lots within walking distance to the Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air amphitheater that will be available for local concert-goers as well.
