Sting's career is truly remarkable. He is by far one of the most celebrated musicians of our time. With a massive 17 Grammys, a CBE for the (then) Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II, an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and sales of over 100 million records worldwide, it is easy to see why he is so successful.

Born, Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner in 1951, he got his stage name from the band leader, Gordon Solomon, of the Pheonix Jazzmen. Sting would regularly perform with the band over the weekends and wear a black and yellow jumper that resembled a bee, and the name has stuck ever since.

At the beginning, he would hold several typical jobs—a teacher, a bus conductor, and even a taxman before making it big with the band The Police in 1977. He stayed with them until 1986 before pursuing a solo career, which he started in 1985. While with The Police, he released several huge records like "Roxanne," "King of Pain," "Walking on the Moon," "Every Breath You Take," "Message in a Bottle," and "Can't Stand Losing You," and his solo career had given the world even more bigger hits such as, "Fields of Gold," "Russians," "If I Ever Lose My Faith in You," "Desert Rose," "All This Time," and "We'll Be Together."

Not only is his career as a solo artist incredible, but his list of collaborations reads like a who's who of the entertainment industry, including Bryan Adams, Mary J. Blige, Craig David, Eric Clapton, and even reggae sensation Shaggy.

His latest album and the reason for the tour, "My Songs," is a celebration of all the music that he loved making, and he will promise to wow all the fans during his live shows, but that shouldn't come as a surprise because everybody already knows how incredible he is.

Now in his 70s, he is in great shape and blows away audiences every time he performs. You cannot afford to miss out on this awesome event, so be sure to grab your tickets right here and now before it's too late. Act now for what will be one of the best nights of the year.
